During the rain the ground is wet and there are puddles everywhere.
When the rain stops it takes less than 1 minute for the ground to completely dry up. It doesn’t seem to matter if the sun shines or if it’s 1 degrees celcius and grey skies.
It must be possible to make it take at least 15 minutes by default regardless if the sun is shining or not, because 1 minute is not realistic under any conditions.
I understand making the duration variable based on conditions is harder to implement. But at least make the duration longer than a couple of seconds.
