It would be nice to get better terrain data for the Antarctic region; there’s better data out there now. Now to convince Bing that it’s worth collecting this data because it’s correct (and it makes flight sim in the Antarctic region more accurate)
I wish satellite imagery was feasible near the polar regions; I would not be surprised if it’s not possible considering how the sim models the earth with all calculations based on a spherical coordinate system rather than an absolute Cartesian coordinate system which the poles would benefit from.
