I dusted off an old plan from my FSX days, traversing the globe. The only requirement is that it’s on one good engine.
KPVD to CYYT (Providence RI USA to St. John’s Canada)
CYYT to LPLA (St. John’s Canada to Lajes, Azores)
LPLA to LPMA (Lajes, Azores to Madeira, Portugal)
LPMA to LPFR (Madeira, Portugal to Faro, Portugal)
LPFR to LXGB (Faro, Portugal to Gibraltar, UK)
LXGB to LEIB (Gibraltar, UK to Ibiza, Spain)
LEIB to LEPA (Ibiza, Spain to Palma de Mallorca, Spain)
KPVD (Providence USA) to CYYT (St. John’s Canada)
CYYT to LPLA (St. John’s Canada to Lajes, Azores) - a long transit.
LPLA to LPMA (Lajes, Azores to Madeira, Portugal) - Max performance departure from Lajes. And someone thought it was a good idea to build a windfarm right on the R25 approach into LPMA.

LPMA to LPFR (Madeira, Portugal to Faro, Portugal) - Arrived at the European Mainland after another long 600nm transit, beautiful sunset arrival.

LPFR to LXGB (Faro, Portugal to Gibraltar, UK) - the Turbo Bonanza makes quick work of a hop to the “Rock.” Clear weather gives a great view of the Straits and North Africa.
