As soon as I put on headset, all desktop windows minimize

This just started happening today.
The moment I put on a VR headset, the desktop windows all immediately minimize.
This makes it impossible use the mouse in the simulator to control anything.

Is this a setting somewhere? I’ve spent an hour and can’t find it.

Have you tried using the Windows Key and Y combination? That should bring the mouse back into the Sim.
