Does it exist in this Sim. the possibility of ascend and descend planes instantly ?; I mean NOT to ascend or descend flying, but for example, pressing a specific key one or more times to ascend very quickly, and the same or another key, to descend ?.

Can be done easily in slew mode.

Enter slew mode (default Y key AFAIR) and look for, or asign keys to increase/decrease altitude.
Here’s the use of the slew mode explained.
during flight. it is called Slew Mode
press the “y” key.
then F4 up fast
F3 up slow
F1 Down fast
F9 down slow
