Asking advice on GA avionics hardware

Hello fellow simmers,
To complete my cessna 172 cockpit I’m looking for an audio panel and a transponder. I have seen these available from flightillusions and from simkits.
Do any of you have experience with these instruments?
From the photo’s it seems that the design of the flightillusions is a bit ‘rough’. The simkit gear needs quite an expensive board and a pc power supply at that.
Do any usb instruments exist that fit in a GA, cessna-ish cockpit?
I know of the gma350 from rsg. That could be a good candidate, but a transponder seems more difficult to find.
Thanks beforehand.

Have you looked at Nuna? Under $200. Never used one since I built my own but it looks good.

Try the TDS GTNxi 750/650 software. Can run as a click or touchscreen and has the Transponder and audio panel built in. Think it will run on one of the RXP panels, but any screen or tablet should do. As well as this of course, you get epic nav and flightplanning services.
