Finally got a fix. It only took a 6 hour clean install. Good lord, Microsoft. I’m getting 1.58 now. Good luck to you all. I can’t say my fix will work for everyone, but if you’re beyond frustrated, make the move.
I don’t fly the 787, but I just fired up the sim to check the version I have, and it is 0.1.58. I didn’t have to do anything special, it just came down with everything else.
All good here post-install. I’ve got 1.58, and the plane flies great. I also checked out the frame drops. I believe it’s from the update turning on v-sync and rolling cache, two things most don’t use in the sim. Once I turned them back off, the performance I’m used to came back.
IMO, the 787 is the best airliner on the game once you get some time to learn it. The 747 was giving me fits. That thing is like flying a tank.
The terrain details is horrible now after the update I am noticing. Is anyone else having this issue?
If you haven’t tried the B78XH mod, please do. It makes the 787 as fun to fly as the A320nx mod, perhaps more!

The mod I know about only has FMC and MFD modifications, however the A32NX has way more. Thanks for the tip though will give it a try.
Thats the 787XE mod. This is different and has VNAV too
