The performance improvements in Update 5 are incredible. Last night, it was “update night”, but tonight it was for adjusting and tuning. With Vsync OFF, I’m running 4K Ultra, 200 LOD, rendering 100, and getting typical FPS of 25 over New York City at 2000 feet. The FPS is consistently higher than before the update, and GPU load is usually below 80, depending on the scenery. That’s on my PC, your mileage may vary. Prior to SU5, my BEST performance with the same config barely reached 15 above NYC.
I have been flying for hours now, no CTD at all, and steady as can be.
