I might be a bit late to the party but this aircraft seems to be in a half finished state. The cold and dark start is a mess and interacting with some of the ‘workable’ buttons is terrible. I tried the cold/dark mod someone created and that fixes some of the issues but not everything. It would appear from other topics that this is a long known issue but I don’t see anything that Asobo has stated they plan to fix anything.
Has anyone heard anything? In the meantime is there a better mod out there that I can download? Any help is appreciated.

There is no absolutely reason for anyone to keep the Asobo PC-6 when the MIlviz version is available.

Invest a bit of money and buy the Blackbird Simulations (former MilViz) PC-6.
For 32.74 US$ /30.54€ you get an airplane which is worth every cent.
You can choose from floats, standard wheels & tundra wheels variants. All of these variants come with a Glass cockpit (G1000) and good ol’ steam gauges.
Once again, Xbox users have no access to the Milviz version.

The plan might be to update this aircraft along with other default aircraft on the “aircraft and avionics updates” planned this year. At least these updates focus on basically all default aircraft which the PC-6 also has become one.
However details on which aircraft receive an update when in these cycles has not been provided yet.

I’m really hoping when we get the WASM fix for Xbox (hopefully SU12) Milviz will bring their aircraft to the platform. If I remember correctly, they’ve hinted at doing so.
