It appears we were at cross purposes. I was in the G1000 variant. That is clearly not correct. Further more did you notice the circuit breakers are useable but yet again not implemented with enough care. The labels don’t line up properly and out of the ones I tried only the ADF and transponder went off when breakers were pulled. This is ripe for a mod but it shouldn’t be necessary if they just take more care.

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but I can’t seem to get anti-ice to work (At least to remove ice from the windows). I’ve turned on all the switches and pulled out both air valves (For hot air and defroster), but the windows are still covered with ice.
In the front you have a big fan with 1-meter blades blowing cold air on the windshield.
On the other side you have tiny fan blowing hot air though this pipe above the instrument panel. Which fan will win this battle?
Anti ice switch in PC6 is just a name for pitot heat.

Tried again to take a flight with an open mind. All missing and broken things are hidden.
Realistic flight mode, checked twice. aaand … Sorry, the flight behavior … a 6 year old boy can this take off, fly and land safely.

Yes, I have the same experience. Ailerons AND also the elevator doesn’t move!
After a bit more experimentation with the PC6 I discovered a tail wheel lock binding. Toggle it on and you can take-off normally. Why it’s not in the cockpit as a control only the dev knows.
Still at least it’s useable now.
If you mean the gust lock, yes, but that only applies to the glass version. There is no gust lock that I could find in the steam gauge version that I prefer using. So no aileron/elevator animations on that one.
No not the gust lock. There is a lock for the tail wheel which toggles between free castoring and locked straight. IIRC the default keyboard shortcut is shift+G.
Probably an issue with your hardware bindings, especially with the honeycomb.
Understood, tried the shift+G toggle for the tailwheel lock and it still does not allow the aileron/elevator animations in the steam gauge version of the pc-6. Are you telling me that you see these animations in the steam gauge version? I know these animations work in the glass version when the gust lock is disengaged. Again, no gust lock on the steam gauge version.
Not sure to be honest, I don’t have any Avionics toggle set to a keybind and no other plane has that issue.

No… sorry but this thing is again just a rushed out and unfinished product. I deleted it already as i own the MilViz one anyway. But sorry, why would anyone release something unfinished and half-■■■■■ like that? I dont know how the work from Asobo and external devs like Hans Hartmann works, but this cant be it.
I guess Asobo / MS just throws money around and says “i pay you such amount, for so many hours of work, and then just release it, no matter what.”
And then they move on…
Roberto Randazzo tried to make Jorg clear, that announcing dates and then stick to them, no matter what, is not a good idea in AddOn development. But he doesnt seem to understand that. He rather stickes to way too early announced Date and just releases, no matter how awful the product is.
I feel bad for Hans, how much time will he waste on the ATR that nobody will care shortly after the release if they pull such a thing again… But atleast he makes some money. On the expense of his reputation…
Yes, there are issues with these PC-6, but not this one to me.
All surfaces are moving when in external view with all variants including steam gauges one.
Thanks for responding. It remains entirely unclear to me what can cause this no-animation scenario for some but not others. Very strange. Might try uninstalling and reinstalling the pc6 package. Community folder was emptied for my tests.
