Assign Joystick Button To a Custom Cockpit view

I have search YouTube and Google search on this topic but have not found a specific answer.

I created a cockpit view using ALT+CTRL+2. So ALT+2 gets me there. But I would like to assign one of the Saiteck throttle buttons to this view. I can’t find any detailed way to do this. Is this possible?

Thank You.

You have to find the command in the “Camera” group and just assign it to the joystick button. No issues at all, I don’t know where your issue lies.

Make sure when looking at the assignment list that you have the “All” selection made not just the “Assigned”. I also have outside view assigned to a throttle button and my default view set on my yoke.

I tried to do this but I have a problem. I have the saitek yoke.

On the C152 no problem at all.
But on the C172 G1000 if I match a custom camera with a button on the yoke (i tried many buttons) it just doesn’t work and when pushed nothing happen. On the keyboard is working as normal.
Anyone else with the same problem?

Thanks

You have the custom cameras defined separately for C172? You have the correct profile in the sim active for the yoke, when flying C172?

First Thanks to all who replied.

I have found that ( a custom view ALT 1-0) can’t also have a joystick assigned to them. If I’m wrong please explain how I can do this.
