At 25,000 feet Airplane becomes erratic

Whenever I reach over 25,000 feet in the A320 FBW and B787 the airplane looses power and starts descending rapidly, followed by a power increase and steep climb, and eventual loss of control. This just started yesterday. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, this is a problem with very wrong temperatures in the live weather system. There are several active threads on the subject such as:

Not sure if I had the same problem. This morning I did a flight using the stock A320 Neo. The AI Pilot was flying it. High up in the air (20,000+ feet) the aircraft almost became inverted. Speed fluctuated between 150-250 knots. Engine power was almost always maxed out. The flight was very erratic. That was a flight over the UK. It looked like crazy winds. During the descent the A320 stabilised.
