I’d still recommend using an addon manager, because at least that way, nothing actually lives in Community, and thus can’t be damaged by anything MSFS might do. And like I said, it makes it super easy to just turn everything off in the event that you have a problem. It’s not uncommon at all for addons to require patches themselves to make them compatible with new MSFS updates, but that happens pretty quickly with most addon makers.
Sometimes these freeware makers amaze me, as they’re faster and much more communicative than most payware companies.
