At splash screen: "Game is blocked Error (0xc0000005)"

Hello, this afternoon, after closing MSFS (without issues), when I open the game again, I get this pop-up at the splash screen and the game closes:

I have tried to shutdown and restart the computer and the problem persists.
Any one has seen this error and can suggest a solution?
I guess a reinstall may be needed, but I would like to avoid that.

Will try to restore my main drive from a recent backup and see what happens

Solved (apparently)
Restoring the drive did not help, but after many attempts of uninstalling and reinstalling MSFS from Windows Store and XBOX app (and also uninstalling the XBOX app), it finally installed from the XBOX app and then started from the XBOX app.
I had to reset some configurations which got lost, but for the rest not so tragic (luckily I did not have to reinstall all the game files, as they remained in the original location).
I think the culprit may have been a mandatory update which appeared today, and which I was not prompted to install until I uninstalled the simulator.
3 hours lost, and on the edge of a nervous breakdown…

Hi,
Im having the same problem and have been struggling with it for the last 5 days… No pending updates, have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, xbox, and MS store for a thousand times and nothing. Did you find where exactly the problemas was? Thank you in advance!
