During that beta we never received any input from a Microsoft representative as to why this airport was added.
I know it being the holiday season that this will be even harder (impossible?) to get an answer to, but could we get some sort of input from an insider as to why this was added to the sim as an optional free download from the Marketplace?

Yeah I never heard back from anyone either. I created that topic and at the same time made a support ticket along with it and never heard back on there either it was just silently closed without ever providing an answer. Would love to get some more detailed info about that and why it was never even announced or even had a trailer or anything. Specially since it is a nice lonely isolated location.

Interesting how the airstrip is so far away from Davis Station.
