Among the info coming from ATC, I’d like to have ATC tell me what the current altimeter setting is, much more often. This ranges from flight following to wanting to execute an instrument approach when I need the current setting. Especially in actual IFR weather. To make this topic much easier for the Devs to correct (my wish), why not just read back the current altimeter setting for the area the plane is at, much more often? There could even be a numbered request located in the ATC box.
