Any idea’s why I can’t sometimes hear ATC and sometimes I can’t hear my co-pilot talking to ATC?

Well known bug. Asobo has yet to offer assistance with losing ATC altogether. They supposedly patched the loss of Azure voices with the last SU but were not successful.
The only ATC sound setting that isn’t bugged is OFF, so that’s what I’m currently using. I just take off and land wherever I please, while simulating Flight Simulator working properly in my mind.

I have had this problem since msfs2020 was released. Off and on, most recently yesterday when I was flying from EKCH to LIRF. Otherwise, everything works OK.
