Same issue here. TM TCA Captain pack. Had to remove all ENG bindings on the throttle. A bit of a bummer that this can cause issues, but I use those switches maybe once during startup, and then don’t need to touch them again, so for me it is not vital that those are physical switches (I fly in VR).
