ATC gives speed restrictions on departure, but then never lifts them.

I never really follow the speed restrictions myself anyway. Hahaha.

Speed restrictions are tied to waypoints in your SID. You are expected to know your speed restrictions and the waypoints. When ATC says to maintain x speed or below, that is supposed to be a gentle reminder.

If you fly the A320 FBW and load your flight plan from SimBrief, ATC always seems to get a FL far below what you had planned. In this case, I just request FL increase.
Requesting a 1.000ft FL increase at any point after departure will reveal which target FL ATC had in mind.

Whenever they give me a new altitude without the speed restriction, I considered the restriction lifted since every time before that, they would repeat the same restriction or a new restriction.
