It may be something i have done wrong but all i get from ATC these days is random “Hash Tag” calls followed by a string of numbers and when the Co-pilot is controlling the Comms i never hear what ATC are saying, just what the Co-pilot reads back to them. Time to time I have that on some TUI flights, but the percentage is low, I try to not hear it. The US English setting didn’t help me… Your other problem sounds like a known bug;
