ATC instructions incorrect on Heathrow approach ILS runway 27L

The ATC IFR approach instructions given on Heathrow runway 27L (Asobo version) are incorrect.

After being directed down to 3000FT on approach to ILS runway 27L, I was then advised to climb to 7000FT.
I had to ignore the instructions and proceed to 2000FT for the ILS for landing.

ATC instructions are incorrect in general.

I think you are right

ATC messes up at many airports, however it has been getting better. On a recent flight I was told to contact tower when on final when establish on the localizer. I was on an ILS approach and the plane AP started the descent and ATC started yelling at be that I had not been cleared to descend below 2000 feet. Other times it wants to keep me really high when I am very close to the airport and should be much lower.

But, like I said, it is slowly improving. Much better that it use to be!
