Brief description of the issue:
I am not able to file IFR Route in sim, also there is no Clearance Control, Ground Control or Tower to control the Traffic at the airport, even the IFR Flight plan is not showing waypoints.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Select Departure Airport, Select Arrival Airport, select IFR either Low or high fly, no waypoints route is shown, the route remains the same as of Direct GPS. Inside flight, no tower, no ground will talk, you will have to announce what you gonna do.
