Can you elaborate a bit more, do you mean VATSIM? Or something like Pilot2ATC?
sorry about that yes through VATSIM. I am fairly new to the communications side of MSFS and have just learnt of this feature

VATSIM is great, you use a client called vpilot to connect to the network.
Use live weather and turn off ai so you have the same conditions as the ATC and only see the vatsim traffic.
You file a flight plan via the vpilot client and then tune into the frequencies and start the interaction.
There’s tons of free information but I suggest starting with vatstar.com
They offer a full training program (optional) and pilot ratings (also optional).
But what is nice is that they do discovery flights twice a week to help new folks out.
There’s a presentation then you go fly together and practice the communication.
Not sure what platform you are on but vatsim is PC only.
