Most airports use HIRO (High Intensity Runway Operations) anyway so aircraft are assumed to be ready for departure upon reaching the holding point and vacated as soon as possible so calling this is useless.
I have had the “expedite vacating” call a few times in my career in very rare occasions. I don’t think there is that much difference between correct and used phraseolgy, at least in Europe and definitely in the UK radiotelephony discipline is usually pretty good.
