ATC needs fixing if it's the only option/required for career mode

I’m finally flying in a 737 in career mode and ATC’s problems are really showing:

  • Constant Frequency changes: it’s so unrealistic to have to change to one frequency on approach, and the 10 seconds later immediately have to change to another, and the 30 seconds late need to change to another… it just starts to get annoying.
  • ATC not letting me descend gracefully: Using VNAV in the 737 to try and plan out my descent to follow a STAR all the way down to a FAF, but ATC does not care for planning and wants me to “expedite my descent to 3,700ft” more than 100 miles from the airport.
  • ATC not clearing me to land: Followed the SID all the way down and the ILS, getting closer and closer to the runway and no “clear to land” or options to choose in the ATC menu. This also caused ATC to not be able to clear me to taxi either once I was on the ground either…

I’m sure there’s more but for me this is probably the most annoying thing to deal with throughout career mode
