Brief description of the issue:
ATC randomly drops using my callsign and flight number, omitting my identifier altogether. This happens when my airliner (ie PMDG 737-800) has a callsign in the aircraft.cfg file and a flight number I have assigned in the UI upon creating a flight. It happens most of the time (approx 70%), along with the ATC dropping voice, etc; sometimes it doesn’t happen.
This has been occurring over a few months same as the other known ATC bugs where it drops the voice (but this particular event was not documented that I could find).

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Load an IFR flight with a commercial aircraft that contains the call sign in the aircraft.cfg file. Choose a flight number in the UI. Load the flight at a busy airport (KORD today). Use the standard ATC functionality to obtain clearance for the IFR flight plan, taxi, departure. Fly normally and follow ATC. Wait for the error to occur. Generally, ATC errors are occurring in busier airspace.
