Is there an issue with ATC? I’m flying a star and only way I’m getting down to correct altitude is because I’m requesting to decrease altitude. Does the ATC not know what altitude restrictions are? I’m having to manually request it.

Same for me. I request the altitude decrease to get down in time. Needs improvement for sure.
