MSFS2020 has a sort off ATC like all other flight simulators.
The intension of Microsoft is to make the best flight sim, but the quality of the ATC and also the flight planning and aircraft looks to have not the priority of the developers.
I hope that the future will bring us better ATC, flight planning and aircraft because MSFS2020 needs that to become the best flight sim ever.
