ATC terminology is incorrect. I can’t believe that novbosy picked this up or thatit is something which would be difficult to fix.
when ATC clears to a flight level they say “Cleared to F L XXX” It should be “Cleared to FLIGHT LEVEL”
Additionally, when cleared to a left or right runway the ATC terminology should be LEFT or RIGHT or CENTRE not R, L or C.
Also as others have indicated there is no resepct for correct transition flight levels and altitudes - not everyone uses this sim in the USA or Canada - the only counrites that have a fixed TA of 18000’
