ATC uses wrong TA

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
ATC is using transition altitude of 18.000ft which is wrong for lots of regions in the world.
Even are the phrases they use not the right ones.
„Climb and maintain“ isn’t used in Europe for example.

Sorry,
but “working as designed” cant be the answer; when a design is wrong its a bug… if you should design a yellow car and you design it in red you failed. At the end you can not talk your way out of it by saying its working as designed… “dont care about the color; it is working and get you from A to B.” That is ‘customer first’ as its best.

Just so you know, this has been an issue since all the way back to Flight Simulator 2002 (came out nearly 24 years ago), when ATC was introduced. I doubt it’s going to be fixed, if you want more realism you may have to look into 3rd Party ATC’s like SayIntentions and BeyondATC.

I know that. But I just don’t understand why they would not fix that issue. Even though the phrases they use are only US-style of ATC but not the rest of the world. And as far as I know, you can’t use 3rd-party products in career mode where btw the targets in cruise completely ignore the TA of 18.000 ft.
