ATC window resizing not right

@DJW3592 OK, next thought: what are your User Interface settings under Options \ General Options \ Accessibility? There are two at the top - Minimum Text Size & Interface Scale that might be causing the problem. On my PC, I have: Minimum Text Size set to its lowest setting (18), and Interface scale set to 60. See if adjusting these helps.
