ATC window won't stay put in VR

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
In VR (Quest 3 with Airlink), when I open up the ATC window it starts out smack in the middle of your view which is not ideal if you’re flying a circuit at a non-towered airport and need to make frequent callouts. So I drag it off to the side (using Touch controllers) and in front of where the MFD is for a G1000 cockpit or similar spot for others. Then I toggle it off when not using it. However, when toggling it back on, it has often moved position significantly. It rarely stays where it is placed.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Fly in VR
2. Toggle open the ATC window and move it (using VR controller)
3. Toggle it closed
4. Toggle it back open sometime later
5. Notice that it isn’t where you put it anymore

if you Close the ATC window it will always center back when you restart. If you minimize the window and leave a sliver of the top of the Atc window, it will stay where you left it.

I haven’t tried minimizing it but i don’t think I’d be too happy with that solution since that means having to maximize it again to see it which would be awkward in pattern. I can toggle it open and closed with a control binding which is much more convenient if it would stay where i put it like it did in 2020. Also i wonder if minimizing would actually work for me in vr since I’ve seen the window jump around even while it’s fully open.
