ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
ATIS recommended two non-existent runways - 14 and 13R - at YTWB for landing. Actual available runways are 06, 11, 24 & 29 (see free-flight world map screenshot below).
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Once (but I have only flown to this airport once).
REPRODUCTION STEPS

This issue occured on a flight in the default Cessna C172 from Archerfield (YBAF) to Toowoomba (YTWB) in SU5.1 v1.7.28.0. To reduce flight time / testing time, you might try spawning airborne above Highway A21 at Withcott, ~ 6NM east of YTWB. In my flight, I was at 2,700 ft at the time.

Open the Communication panel, and tune to the YTWB ATIS (124.300 MHz)

See the second screenshot below. Notice the advice:
“ILSY runway 14 and Visual0 runway 13R in use. Landing and departing runway 14 and runway 13R.” -
See the third screenshot below. This text was displayed immediately after the previous text shown in the second screenshot. Notice the runway number has now changed to just 11, which was correct for the wind at the time.
Expected behavior: The first ATIS report should not have been displayed at all. Also notice the odd typos “ILSY” and “Visual0”.
