Brief description of the issue:
After programming a full flight using the FMC and then taking off, selection of the Terrain option for the Navigation Display causes all ATR displays and systems to freeze and immediately become non-functional. The aircraft continues to fly but eventually spirals out of control because nothing inside the flight deck is operational.
I’m not sure if it’s related, but prior to attempting to select the Terrain display, the Weather display had previously been selected and was active.

Setup a full flight in the ATR using the FMC, takeoff with weather radar active, then while climbing select Terrain on the Navigation Display.
