ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: New ATR 42/72 for MSFS 2024 Elevators droop continuously both in flight and on the ground despite removal of gust lock before takeoff, having hydraulics powered on, no pitch down movements on the yoke.

Every time while flying.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Complete all pre-flight flows, taxi to the runway, remove Gust Lock before takeoff.

Advance Power, begin normal takeoff roll. After takeoff, let the aircraft settle in the climb, observe how the elevators behave. Current observation is that they’re drooping.

Level off for cruise. If elevators are still drooping and not parallel with the airflow despite disengagement of gust lock and functioning hydraulics, then it is a confirmation that somewhere the elevators aren’t functioning as designed.

I’m using a Thrustmaster T.16000M Joystick with VKB STECS Throttle.
My laptop has an i7-14700HX CPU with RTX 4070 GPU and 32GB RAM.
MEDIA
The ATR does not need hydraulics for the flight controls, they are purely mechanical. Could this have something to do with trim, does changing CG make a difference? In any case, this is not realistic behavior of course. Quite the opposite, in flight a tail down force is required, if the stabilizer itself produces insufficient downforce the elevator needs to be moved in the trailing edge up position (opposite to what is observed here).
Given that it is supposed to be parallel to the airflow while in flight it is indeed an incorrect behavior.
Doesn’t need to be exactly faired (parallel) with the horizontal stabilizer / airflow in flight, some “permanent” elevator input may be required depending on speed, configuration and CG position. But this is very extreme and looks like the elevator position when the gust lock engages.
All reference images from both in-flight and landing phases show it to be though, so there is something very wrong with how all of this is being Simulated in the sim right now. Even all the streams from content creators will show the aircraft exhibiting this behavior.
