Brief description of the issue:
To rotate the knob for the pedestal and overhead lights to the right, you need to mousewheel down. To rotate the flood light knob to the right, you need to scroll up (as one would expect). I think the pedestal and overhead lights also should need a mousewheel up for rotating to the right, as this feels more natural/intuitive.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
With the lights in the off (default) position, hover mouse over the MIP/PED or OVHD knobs and rotate the scroll wheel up. Nothing happens. Scrollwheel down and the lights turn on. Now do the same for the FLOOD light knob and you will notice the lights turn on when you scroll up.
Unable to replicate - scrolled the mouse wheel up on all three knobs, all three knobs moved clockwise as expected, and all three sets of lights increased brightness. The inverse behaved as expected, with scrolling down on the mouse turning all three knobs counterclockwise and reducing each light’s brightness.
I’m able to replicate this here, but exactly the other way round. For me (in LOCK and LEGACY mode), the two left knobs (which are technically 6-state switches) turn left when the wheel is pushed upwards and right when the wheel is pushed downwards. I posted a bug report for the art guys.
I don’t like blue knobs in lock mode.
If I turn in lock blue mode, all work “good”, as mouse scrolling up increase all lights, mouse scrolling down decrease alla lights.
