ATR 42 and 72 EFB tablet freeze if clicking on numbers in payload tab

Wow yet another persistent bug that hasn’t been fixed, although known about for a long time

Will the ATR get another update soon? This bug is pretty annoying because if you don’t pay attention for a second the entire flight is screwed

Still there indeed, was just done boarding after 30 min…

They are targeting this month for next update, be patient everyone

I think 6 months is a lot of patience

I think it’s as for us in our RL, as we have only one concern and occupation through the year and only focusing on it … so we’re the happiest human ever
For me, this is great they bring all of these fixes through 1.0.36 :+1::grinning: My gift day which I take with great enjoyment, how long is the wait, how great is the happiness :hugs::blush:

As soon as the LOAD AIRCRAFT button is pressed on the Payload tab, the EFB freezes. Rest of aircraft remains operational. Occurred on the ATR 72 Highline, haven’t tried any others.

Same problem here. I´m usign the default loading bar, so I can fly. The EFB gives different values into the FMC when you press them to auto fill (fuel and ZFW), it´s a mess.

I can replicate this, after pressing LOAD AIRCRAFT, EFB locks. This means you can’t remove the chocks and therefore are stranded.

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

Yes and not able to fly the plane.

I experienced this with the 42.

It had been awhile since I’d flown the ATR and I couldn’t recall the process for loading a SimBrief profile. After loading the OFP when you click Set Flight Plan, Set Fuel and Set Payload there isn’t any visual confirmation that those have been set. I then went to the Payload tab of the EFB and noted the values didn’t match the OFP. Thinking I needed to set these manually I clicked Load Aircraft and the EFB opened the Load Aircraft interface, but immediately locked up preventing any further interaction with it.

Note, the aircraft appeared to be otherwise still fully functional, however I had to quit to the menu and reload the flight to fix the issue.

I am having the same problema here. Also the values do not reflect what is showing in aircraft weight &balance tab. When we long press ZFW it does not show the correct value and Fuel is miscalculated.

anyone know if the recent update fixed this bug? it happens to me often

Verified fixed in v1.0.36.
