Condition level doesn’'t react to INCREASE CONDITION LEVER, DECREASE CONDITION LEVER nor CONDITION LEVEL AXIS events

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
- Bind condition level increase and decrease to a key or controller
- Bind condition lever axis to a controller
- Use these
- Nothing happens
- However, using lever by mouse in cockpit view works ok
- However, in all other aircraft, default (for example PC-6) and 3rd party, this works fine
