You need the DC generators activated for these screens to work. When you are on batteries only the two you see work.
DC generators can be activated when you have started the engines. Engine 2 in hotel mode should be enough for that to work. Alternatively you can connect the Ground Power Unit and activate the DC generator (and AC Wild generator if you like) without the engines running.
