Has an intention to further update the ATR 72 been announced by MS given the large amount of bugs?
Its a great aircraft though.

Which current bugs are you experiencing? There are some, undoubtedly, but still the airplane is able to perform a commercial route with very few serious hiccups. Perhaps if you describe us your issues we might help you

The bugs reported and logged by users under
Bug reports>Aircraft and Systems > ATR in titles.
I understand this is the official procedure requested by MS to report any issues.

Yes, the forum can be used to report bugs in MSFS in the Bug Reporting Hub category. Topics that have been logged will have a bug-logged tag
If you do not see a topic in which you wish to bring up as a bug, you may create a new one using the supplied template. Otherwise, use an existing topic as duplicates in this area will be closed.
Bugs can also be reported through Zendesk.

So i would assume there will be another update addressing any bugs confirmed as being valid
