Brief description of the issue:

While trying to integrate my SimBrief ID into the EFB of the Aircraft a problem occurs. It does not let me press ā€˜Enter’. Briefly explaining, I move my mouse around trying to press ā€˜Enter’, but it only presses the ā€˜Backspace’ button. I tried contacting MSFS support, they said it was a peripheral issue but it doesn’t seem like it

Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Boot up MSFS2020 on your Pc;
Wait 4 minutes for it to load;
Choose an Aircraft (in this case the ATR 72-600);
Choose a location to spawn the Aircraft (in my case was: LPPD);
Wait another 2 minutes for it to load;
Spawned at night (Local time, live weather and time provided by Azure);
The issue revolved around the EFB, tried to integrate SimBrief on my Aircraft, but couldn’t;
Logged off the game

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

Asus Vivobook, i7 intel chip, 16 GB of RAM, 64-bit operating system, Windows11, 1 TB of internal storage, and 2GB of VRAM (The last one doesn’t comply with minimum requirements, but I managed that in the in-game settings: low graphics, no AI planes, all to make a smooth as can be experienced);

As for peripherals: I have a Thrustmaster T.16000M Flight Pack, not much to discuss about it, great value for money tho (not sponsored)

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

You mention you did not remove your mods and addons.
Does this still occur when they are removed?

Do you have any other peripherals beside the Thrustmaster, and did you try with it (them) unplugged?

It did work now. Must have been a peripheral thing. I will create a new profile for my Thrustmaster Controls. Thanks a lot, kind human. Godspeed

I have the same issue even when following the solution stated above.

I have done the following to double check:

  • Removed all mods from community folder
  • unplugged all peripherals from computer

should gain more attention, I can confirm this happening.

Sad to see this issue not being fixed almost 11 months after being reported.
Why would I purchase MSFS2024 in face of such negligent support?
