ISSUE DESCRIPTION
When zooming in or out on the airport moving map, only a couple of symbols (runway thresholds and taxiway designators) move on the map as if the scale is changed, but not the airport map itself.
When in PLAN mode, moving around, the airplane symbol and runway designators move with the view point…

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Open the airport MAP on the MFD, zoom in / out. Observe only the symbols / labels zoom in or out and not the airport layout.
Select PLAN, the MOVE and move the viewpoint around, observe the airplane symbol and runway designators move with the viewpoint.
