ISSUE DESCRIPTION
It should not be possible to select AUTO speed without confirming take-off data, PWR MGT TO and both engines running (one engine running would work but it would then show OEI speeds). Therefore, on the real aircraft, speed is set to AUTO after both engines are started.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Power on the ATR, press AUTO / MAN SEL, observe FMS speed active (magenta) without engines running, take-off data confirmed, or PWR MGT in TO.
