ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Upon power-up (batteries ON), the ATR should initiate avionic initialization. It will go through some audio chimes and FGCP arrows will flash, finally the CPL arrow will be displayed indicating test completed. In de sim, the CPL arrow immediately illuminates without self-test.
