ATR battery drain when fully power up

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

With the aircraft fully powered up, ready to taxi/takeoff and both DC generators online, if the ENG START switch is in any position other than OFF & START ABORT both main & emergency battery discharge indicators (arrows are lit) - I don’t think this is the correct behaviour

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Load the aircraft onto the runway OR start fully from C&D OR select ‘ready to taxi’ state from the tablet.

  2. Observe that both emergency battery supply indicators are lit if the ENG START selector is in any position other than OFF & START ABORT
