ISSUE DESCRIPTION
The engine rating (127K without boost / 127M with boost) should latch with power levers above flight idle. Currently BOOST cannot be selected ON with power levers above flight idle (correct), but can be selected OFF (incorrect). BOOST selection (either ON or OFF) should become latched when power levers are moved above flight idle.
The blue ON light should remain illuminated no matter the PWR MGT selector position. It goes out in CLB and CRZ now, this is incorrect.
Also changing BOOST selection with power levers above flight idle should result in a FAULT light which is currently absent.
And the ATR 42 should NOT have the BOOST function!

REPRODUCTION STEPS
BOOST ON or OFF, move power levers above flight idle, then change BOOST selection. Observe BOOST cannot be selected ON above flight idle (correct) but can be selected OFF (incorrect), no FAULT light when trying to change engine rating with power levers above flight idle.
