Brief description of the issue:

After takeoff i switch the Power Management panel to CLB, 8/10 times it does nothing with the RPM. I have to jam the condition levers to full and back to auto to make it work correctly. Same for CRZ aswell.

i think it even happends in the ATR discovery series EP 5 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z4Xcm4Up3WE

When he rotates the Power manager to CLB, it does nothing. in regards to the NP%

i am not a expert at any means, but this cant be correct

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

I have only seen this in the ATR-42. It is a repetitive problem in the -42. I have not seen it in the -72 yet, but I do not doubt it if someone has complained.

Same problem. Try moving the CL to OVRD and back to AUTO.

yea i only fly the -42.

yes, as i said in my post i have to drag them to OVRD and then back to auto to make them function correctly.

I have now experienced the same glitch in the -72

I am going to add that I have un-mapped propeller axes due to the other bug with the condition lever shutoff position. I don’t know if that is a contributing factor or not. Axis noise with the prop axis mapped could mask this bug.

I have the same issue. I haven’t had one flight where the system operates normally. I have done 5 flights now.

I have found that starting the aircraft in cold and dark by pressing ‘cold and dark’ button on the EFB makes the power mgmt work correctly and you do not need to use the workaround with moving condition levers to max and back to auto. Without pressing ‘cold and dark’ button on the EFB I had exactly the same issues as reported above.

Fixed in previous update.
