For some reason MINCAB LT is being used as the dome switch - so switch this off and it should go away.
MIN CAB LT actually has nothing to do with the lighting in the cockpit. It has to do with lighting in the passenger cabin in the event of an emergency / loss of power - and has no influence on the cockpit.
