ATR ENG START switch left in the wrong position

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Starting with the ATR-72 on the runway, the ENG START selector is left in the START A&B position - it should be in the OFF & START ABORT Position

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Place the ATR on the runway

  2. Observer the ENG START selector in the START A&B position instead of the OFF & START ABORT position.

Note: Starting the aircraft in a parking position and selecting the ‘Ready to taxi’ state from the tablet results in the same issue.
