If your gross weight is above 18tonnes dont expect 1300fpm climb rate past 10000feet. 600-1000fpm is what you would get. Cruise IAS speed wont go past 210knots especially if your cruising above 14000feet and heavy loaded. If your ground speed is 250-280knots thats the correct speed you’re suppose to cruise at.
